Scheduling

Our Palatine office location is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. Our Crystal Lake office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

Location

We are conveniently located in Palatine at 553 N. North Court, just north of Northwest Highway (Rt 14), near the public library and Baker’s Square. Our Crystal Lake office is equally easy to access at 411 Congress Parkway in the Northwest Professional Center, near the Crystal Lake post office and the new Metra Station.
