Barry L. Baker, DDS, MS
Periodontal specialty training was taken at Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. He earned his certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies and Master of Science degree in Periodontics in 1972. Dr. Baker served his country in the armed forces while being stationed at Reynolds Army Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma in the capacity of Staff Periodontist. Discharged honorably in 1974, he has maintained a private practice in Palatine, Illinois. Memberships in professional organizations include the American Academy of Periodontology, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, and Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity. Dr. Baker has instructed in the graduate and undergraduate periodontal programs at Loyola University and Northwestern University. While in the military, he served on the teaching staff in Advanced Periodontal training for the Dental Division at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
